Consultations are complimentary and highly recommended if you are looking for a significant change. This is necessary to achieve the best results possible and create a clear and open line of communication regarding the price, maintenance, and products necessary to keep the longevity of your new look. Consultations take about 15 minutes.
Cancellations or Changes
At La Bella Salon & Day Spa, we hold your appointments especially for you. We recognize the value of our guests’ time, as well as our staff, and have implemented our cancellation policy for this reason. We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Guests who have two or more consecutive no shows will be required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit before securing their next appointment.
As a courtesy, we do send out a text reminder and provide a confirmation call two days prior to all scheduled appointments. Please be sure to let us know if your phone number has changed. While this is a complimentary service for our guests, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment dates and times.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and La Bella Salon & Day Spa gift cards. We do not accept personal checks.
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable or transferable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
